Artist's Statement
Through every installation I explore an aesthetic, personal, and collective balance of chaos, order, and repetition. I feel this raw language resonates physically, emotionally, and spiritually within and around all of us.

Inversion I is the first in a series which I will use to explore this balance through reflection. The array of mirrors has immediate connection to the four elements;
it “takes in” and reflects or “gives back” the earth, air, fire, and water around it. The mirrors suggest multiple pools of water, identically shaped but each casting a unique reflection that changes as you move about and past it on the forest floor. Mirrors carry many historic and metaphoric associations; the echoes of themes of life, identity, flux, and the soul connect these sim
